efm Logistics is expanding its sales team and seeking a Senior Sales professional to drive new business across Australia. You will own the full lifecycle from discovery to close, leveraging a strong network and a proven track record in logistics and enterprise sales.

You will work in a fast-paced environment with a high-performing team, responsible for developing strategic opportunities, managing complex deals, and delivering results that impact customers’ supply chains.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in a comparable sales role, with logistics/supply chain experience.
• Proven track record of closing deals in a fast-paced, complex environment.
• Strong leadership, autonomous work style, and strategic thinking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a commercial acumen.
• Self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
• Analytical mindset with ability to develop effective sales strategies.

Aufgaben

• Identify, pursue and secure new business opportunities in logistics across Australia.
• Develop a multi-sector enterprise pipeline and manage opportunity funnel with key relationships.
• Ensure understanding of efm operating model to tailor client solutions.
• Prepare sales reports, tender documents, presentations, and contract negotiations.
• Contribute strategic insights to shape efm's future direction.
• Collaborate with Implementation to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
