ServiceRocket in Australia is seeking an experienced Atlassian Consultant to design, implement, and optimize Jira/Confluence solutions. You will lead customer engagements from scoping to delivery, driving value for enterprise clients within the Atlassian ecosystem.

The role emphasizes strong consulting, architecture design, and cross-functional collaboration, with hybrid/remote work options and a focus on growth within the Professional Services team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• 5+ years of Atlassian experience (Consultant or Jira Admin).
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket implementations.
• Strong consulting and client-engagement skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in Unix, SQL, scripting and cloud technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement high-quality solutions including architectural system design
• Facilitate customer discussions to discover key business and technical requirements, and develop implementation plans
• Provide experienced guidance, feedback, and recommendations to customers based on established best practices
• Support the roll-out, adoption, and scaling of provided solutions for customers
• Handle customer engagements as a project manager, responsible for scheduling, coordination, communication, and enhancing the customer relationship
• Advise on internal tools and processes as a senior member of the technical team
• Promote yourself as a subject matter expert and valued member of the community
• Assist with proposal development and statement of work definitions
• Engage with potential customers on sales calls as a technical resource, advising on product solutions
