Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Math or related field.
• 5+ years as Atlassian Consultant/Administrator.
• Proven Jira/Confluence/JSM implementations and training.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into solutions.
• Excellent workshop and written/verbal communication.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Unix command line, SQL, scripting skills.
• ITIL/ITSM knowledge.
• UAT testing and test use-case development.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies.

Responsibilities

• Support the technical implementation, configuration, customization, and deployment of solutions.
• Provide SME guidance on Atlassian technologies and platforms.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design solutions meeting business and technical needs.
• Proactively identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues through project lifecycle.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer through training, documentation, and best practices.
• Work with PMs, Solution Architects, and customer teams to ensure delivery.
• Ensure all technical deliverables meet specifications and quality standards.
• Perform other technical duties to support project objectives.
