Job summary

ServiceRocket is seeking an experienced Professional Services Consultant to design, implement, and drive Atlassian solutions across client engagements. You will guide customers from scoping through successful delivery in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.

The role emphasizes architectural design, requirement discovery, and hands-on implementation, with a strong focus on Jira, Confluence, and related tooling within an Atlassian ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics or related technical disciplines.
• 5+ years of experience as an Atlassian Consultant, Atlassian Administrator, Jira Administrator, or similar positions.
• Proven track record in implementing Atlassian solutions (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, etc).
• Strong customer engagement and consulting skills.
• Excellent analytical, workshop facilitation, and communication abilities.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and ITIL/ITSM principles.
• Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Groovy, Perl, Ruby, Shell).
• UAT testing and test use-case development.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement high-quality Atlassian solutions including architectural design.
• Facilitate customer discussions to gather business and technical requirements and create implementation plans.
• Provide guidance and recommendations based on best practices.
• Support rollout, adoption, and scaling of provided solutions.
• Project management tasks: scheduling, coordination, communication, and relationship building.
• Advise on internal tools and processes as a senior technical contributor.
• Position yourself as a subject matter expert within the community.
• Assist with proposal development and SOW definitions.
• Engage with potential customers on sales calls as a technical resource.
