Noma Security is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to own the technical side of pre-sales for enterprise AI security, leading discovery, solution mapping, and POCs. You’ll deliver tailored demos and partner with Account Executives to turn business needs into winning technical solutions.

In this fast-paced role, you’ll engage with security and engineering stakeholders at large organizations, manage multiple POCs, stay ahead of evolving AI security trends, and advocate for customers while shaping

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Sales Engineering / Solutions Engineering in cybersecurity.
• Strong background in cybersecurity.
• Experience with large enterprise customers and complex sales cycles.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent POCs.
• Strong technical aptitude to learn and explain complex concepts.
• Startup or early-stage experience selling evolving products.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and solution mapping for enterprise AI security use cases.
• Design and deliver tailored demos and presentations to security, engineering, and executive stakeholders.
• Own end-to-end POCs from scoping to deployment and validation.
• Partner with Account Executives to drive deals and address objections.
• Voice of the customer, surfacing product feedback and field insights.
• Stay up to date with AI security landscape and competitive ecosystem.
• Guide customers through complex technical decisions and challenge assumptions.
