Job summary

TrendAI seeks a Senior Solutions Engineer to partner with enterprise customers, guiding evaluation, adoption and expansion of our AI-powered cybersecurity platform. You will lead demos, align technical outcomes with business goals, and collaborate with Product, Engineering and Marketing to deliver exceptional customer experiences across on‑premises, hybrid and cloud environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Solutions Engineering or pre-sales roles.
• Experience engaging with technical decision-makers and executives in enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of public cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Broad technical acumen across cybersecurity, cloud architecture, networking, AI, risk visibility, and IT modernization.
• Experience designing/architecting solutions in on-premises, hybrid, and cloud-native environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main technical advisor for enterprise customers guiding evaluation, adoption and expansion of our cybersecurity platform.
• Understand customer goals and security requirements to align platform capabilities with outcomes.
• Lead demos, presentations and technical storytelling for varied audiences including executives.
• Build trusted partnerships to accelerate revenue and broaden market reach.
• Represent the company at industry events, panels and webinars.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Channel and Customer Success.
• Provide product feedback to Product Management based on customer needs and market trends.
