Job summary

TrendAI is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to engage enterprise customers, influence decision-makers, and drive adoption of our AI-powered cybersecurity platform. You will craft compelling demos and strategic guidance, bridging customer needs with platform capabilities to deliver long-term value.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure exceptional customer outcomes, while representing TrendAI at industry events and webinars.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Technical Pre-Sales roles.
• Proven experience engaging with technical decision-makers and executives in enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of public cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical advisor for enterprise customers and prospects, guiding evaluation, adoption, and expansion of our cybersecurity platform.
• Understand customer goals and security requirements to align platform capabilities with outcomes.
• Lead demos, presentations, and technical storytelling for technical and executive audiences.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with strategic partners to accelerate revenue and broaden market reach.
• Represent the company as a thought leader at industry events, panels, and webinars.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Channel, and Customer Success for aligned execution.
• Provide product feedback to Product Management based on customer needs and market trends.
