Job summary

Wallaby Storage is seeking a mature, experienced Customer Service and Sales person for two modern self-storage facilities in Moorabbin and Abbotsford. This permanent part-time role (~30 hours) covers Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and 5 hours on Sunday, with potential move to full-time in 2027.

Ideal candidates have customer-facing experience across real estate/property management or hospitality, with strong admin and computer skills, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles is essential.
• Prior roles in real estate, property management, hotel reception or similar customer-facing environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to the needs of existing customers.
• Handle all telephone, email and walk-in enquiries.
• Liaise with customers to meet self-storage needs and sign up customers, take payments and update records.
• Ensure customer loyalty through follow-up support and high-quality service.
