Job summary

Beaumont Tiles in NSW is seeking a Selections & Design Consultant to help home builders and clients choose tiles, bathroomware, stone and flooring products. You’ll deliver expert design advice, guide the selection process, and build strong builder relationships from concept to completion.

Based in our Pemulwuy showroom, you’ll drive sales while delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining up-to-date product knowledge across a broad range.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales, design consultation or customer service.
• Passion for interiors, renovations or home design.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence working towards sales targets.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• A positive, energetic and professional approach.
• Strong computer and administration skills.

• Conduct selection appointments with builder clients and customers.
• Assist showroom customers with the selections process.
• Guide clients through home selection experiences.
• Build genuine relationships and become a trusted advisor.
• Deliver a premium customer experience from start to finish.
• Recommend products and upgrades that suit clients' lifestyle and budget.
• Maintain strong product knowledge across our range.
• Process selections accurately and efficiently.

About the Role

As a Selections & Design Consultant, you'll help home builders and their clients bring their vision to life through carefully selected tiles, bathroomware, stone and flooring products.

You’ll guide customers through the selections process, providing expert advice, creating an exceptional customer experience and identifying opportunities to upgrade product selections while achieving sales targets. Working from our Pemulwuy showroom, you’ll build strong relationships with both customers and builder partners while helping create beautiful spaces that customers will enjoy for years to come.
