Beaumont Tiles is Australia’s leading retailer in tiles, flooring and bathroomware, seeking a friendly Retail Sales Consultant for our Wetherill Park showroom. You’ll guide customers from concept to completion, delivering expert product advice and building lasting relationships to drive sales and satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have retail or customer-facing experience, strong communication, and a proactive approach to learning about our extensive product range.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service in showroom.

• Maintain product knowledge across Beaumont Tiles range.
• Support showroom presentation and merchandising standards.
• Collaborate with the wider team to achieve sales targets and business goals.

We're looking for a customer-focused Retail Sales Consultant to join our Wetherill Park showroom. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, delivering exceptional service, and helping customers select products that transform their spaces.

About the Role

As a Retail Sales Consultant, you'll work closely with customers to understand their needs, provide expert product advice, and guide them through the selection process from concept to completion.

You will be responsible for:

• Delivering exceptional customer service in our showroom
• Assisting customers with tile, flooring, bathroomware and renovation selections
• Building strong customer relationships that drive repeat business and referrals
• Preparing quotes, sales orders and helping customers through the purchasing journey
• Maintaining product knowledge across our extensive range
• Supporting showroom presentation and merchandising standards
• Working collaboratively with the wider team to achieve sales targets and business goals
• Following up customer enquiries and converting opportunities into sales

About You

We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people and takes pride in creating outstanding customer experiences.

To be successful, you'll bring:

• Experience in retail sales, customer service, hospitality, or another customer-facing role
• A genuine passion for helping customers and building relationships
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence working towards sales goals and achieving results
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new systems
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn

Experience within tiles, bathroomware, flooring, home improvement, interiors or building products will be highly regarded but is not essential.
