Job summary

Beaumont Tiles in Sydney is seeking a customer-focused Retail Sales Consultant for our Wetherill Park showroom. You will guide customers from concept to completion, offering expert product advice and building lasting relationships to drive repeat business.

In this role you will deliver exceptional showroom service, assist with tile, flooring and bathroomware selections, prepare quotes and sales orders, and support merchandising.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales, customer service, hospitality, or another customer-facing role
• A genuine passion for helping customers and building relationships
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence working towards sales goals and achieving results
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new systems
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Experience in tiles, bathroomware, flooring, home improvement, interiors or building products is advantageous but not essential

About the Role
