Job summary

Beaumont Tiles seeks a Selections & Design Consultant to guide home builders and clients through tile, bathroomware, stone and flooring selections from its Pemulwuy showroom. You’ll provide expert advice, create an exceptional customer experience and identify upgrade opportunities while aiming to meet sales targets.

You’ll build strong relationships with clients and builder partners to deliver beautiful spaces.

• Experience in retail sales, design consultation or customer service.
• A passion for interiors, renovations or home design.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence working towards sales targets.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.

• Guide clients through the home selections process

• Maintain strong product knowledge across our extensive range
• Process selections accurately and efficiently
• Support showroom presentation and visual displays
• Work collaboratively with builders, customers and internal teams

As a Selections & Design Consultant, you'll help home builders and their clients bring their vision to life through carefully selected tiles, bathroomware, stone and flooring products.

You’ll guide customers through the selections process, providing expert advice, creating an exceptional customer experience and identifying opportunities to upgrade product selections while achieving sales targets. Working from our Pemulwuy showroom, you’ll build strong relationships with both customers and builder partners while helping create beautiful spaces that customers will enjoy for years to come.
