O'Brien Electrical & Plumbing Rowville is expanding in Victoria and seeks a motivated scheduling professional to join our team. You will plan daily job schedules for installation crews, liaise with customers to lock in bookings and access, and keep scheduling systems up to date.

You thrive with sharp organisational skills, calm under pressure, and a proactive approach to solving problems. Experience with scheduling software is a plus as we support Victoria's energy projects.

Qualifications

Experience in scheduling, dispatch or trade coordination preferred.
Sharp organisational skills and eye for detail.
Excellent phone manner and ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
Familiarity with scheduling or job management software.
Calm under pressure and proactive problem-solving.

Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate daily job schedules for installation crews
Liaise with customers to lock in bookings, timeframes and site access
Keep scheduling and job management systems up to date
Get schedule changes to field teams fast, before they hit the road
Coordinate with suppliers so materials are on-site when needed
