Job summary

O'Brien Electrical & Plumbing Rowville is expanding and seeking motivated individuals to join our Victoria-wide team. If you excel in customer service and keeping daily operations on track, you will be the go-to person to keep customers informed and schedules running smoothly.

You’ll coordinate daily job schedules for installation crews, liaise with customers to lock in bookings and timeframes, and ensure job management systems stay current—while quickly relaying changes to field teams and

Qualifications

• Experience in scheduling, dispatch or trade coordination (highly regarded).
• Sharp organisational skills and an eye for detail.
• Confident on the phone, comfortable when priorities shift fast.
• Handy with scheduling / job management software (or quick to pick it up).
• Calm under pressure, sorts problems instead of sitting on them.
