Job summary

Flick Anticimex is seeking a proactive Desktop Account Manager for our Alstonville office, supporting customers across Ballina, Byron Bay, Lismore and the Northern Rivers. This role focuses on maintaining and growing a portfolio of commercial clients, delivering exceptional service, preparing quotations, and coordinating with technicians and branch leadership to strengthen partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain an existing portfolio of commercial customers.
• Build strong, long-term relationships through regular customer contact.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and expand service offerings.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and service recommendations.
• Respond to customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
• Liaise with operational teams to ensure customers receive exceptional service.
• Maintain accurate customer records and account activity within CRM systems.

Your Opportunity

We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused Desktop Account Manager to join our Northern Rivers team based in our Alstonville office.

This role is focused on building strong customer relationships, supporting existing accounts, and identifying opportunities to grow and strengthen our client partnerships. You'll work closely with customers, technicians, and branch leadership to ensure exceptional service outcomes and a seamless customer experience.
