Job summary

Liebherr Group is seeking a People Information Systems Lead to own and evolve the SAP SuccessFactors landscape across Australia and New Zealand. You will govern modules such as Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Learning and Compensation, driving digital transformation and a better employee experience.

You will collaborate with People & Capability, IT and Payroll to deliver integrated, accurate HR processes and data while leading governance, training and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Experience leading SAP SuccessFactors implementations or optimization programs.
• Knowledge of HRIS administration, governance and data management.
• Strong analytics capability with HR data insights.
• Proven ability to drive system enhancements and projects.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategic roadmap for SAP SuccessFactors across AU/NZ.
• Drive enhancements, automation and process optimisation for employee experience.
• Manage HR systems projects, upgrades, testing, and new tech implementations.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, IT and business stakeholders for data accuracy.
• Ensure data governance, privacy compliance and data integrity.
• Provide HRIS leadership, user support and training to maximise adoption.
