- SAP SuccessFactors implementations and optimisation experience.
- Strong HR systems administration and data management.
- Advanced reporting and analytics using Excel and Power BI.
- Ability to lead system enhancements and technology projects.
- Knowledge of HR, Payroll integrations and data privacy.
Responsibilities
- Own the strategic roadmap for SAP SuccessFactors across Australia and New Zealand.
- Drive system enhancements, automation, and process optimisation.
- Manage HR systems projects, upgrades, and testing cycles.
- Partner with HR, Payroll, IT and stakeholders to ensure reliable systems.
- Ensure data governance, privacy compliance and data integrity.
- Provide expert HRIS leadership, user support and training.
