Job summary

Reporting to the People Operations Leader, you will lead a dispersed team, streamline processes and expand self-service, delivering operational excellence in a global organisation.

Qualifications
- Experience leading HR Shared Services or People Operations teams.
- Proven track record delivering process improvements and automation.
- Experience supporting blue-collar or manufacturing or industrial workforces.
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR compliance.
- Adept at analyzing data and creating actionable reports.
Responsibilities
- Lead the nationally dispersed People Services team to service excellence.
- Drive continuous improvement, automation and simplification of processes.
- Partner with HR Systems to maximise SAP SuccessFactors adoption.
- Lead strategic People & Capability projects with stakeholders.
- Provide expert HR advisory support across many people-related matters.
- Collaborate to optimise service delivery and self-service solutions.
- Establish metrics and use data to drive decisions.
