Job summary

Liebherr-Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a People Information Systems Lead to own the SAP SuccessFactors landscape across Australia and New Zealand, driving governance, optimisation and value from the platform.

You will partner with HR, Payroll, IT and global teams to enhance user experiences, deliver efficient processes, and lead technology-driven transformations that support people strategies and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading SAP SuccessFactors implementations, optimisation programs or HR technology transformations.
• Strong knowledge of HR systems administration, configuration and data management.
• Advanced reporting and analytics with Excel and Power BI.
• Ability to lead system enhancements and process improvement projects.
• Understanding of HR, Payroll, and system integrations with focus on data accuracy and security.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication to translate needs into solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategic roadmap for SAP SuccessFactors across Australia and New Zealand.
• Drive system enhancements, automation and process optimisation to improve employee experience.
• Manage HR systems projects, upgrades, testing cycles and new technology implementations.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, IT and business stakeholders for reliable systems, integrations and data accuracy.
• Ensure data governance and privacy compliance for employee and payroll information.
• Provide expert HRIS leadership, user support and training to maximise system capability and adoption.
