Job summary
Liebherr-Australia is seeking a People Services Specialist in Adelaide to support employees and leaders across the full lifecycle. You will deliver high-quality employee experiences, coordinate HR processes, and leverage HR technology within a national People Operations team.
The role emphasizes first‑level HR advice, strong organisation and stakeholder engagement, including navigating HR systems and data integrity to improve services.
Qualifications
- 3+ years' experience in HR Administration or People Services
- Diploma or higher in Human Resources
- Experience using HR systems and maintaining employee records
- Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
Responsibilities
- Support employees and leaders with day-to-day HR enquiries
- Prepare employment contracts, variations, letters, and HR documentation
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities
- Maintain employee data in SAP SuccessFactors and HR Systems
- Assist with visa and immigration administration processes
- Coordinate HR reports, purchase orders, invoices and administration activities
- Assist with performance and talent management administration
- Support employee wellbeing initiatives and EAP
- Identify opportunities to simplify and improve people processes
- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure an outstanding employee experience
