Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Sales Support & Administration Coordinator in Sydney to back our Account Management team. You will handle order processing, onboarding and implementation, ensuring a seamless customer experience in a hands-on role focused on administration and process execution.

The ideal candidate has experience in Sales Support or Account Coordination, is proficient with Salesforce and MS Office, and thrives in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Support, Administration, or Account Coordination.
• Proficient with Salesforce, CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with billing, invoicing or SAP is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales team.
• Assist with proposals, quotes, statements of work, and sales presentations.
• Coordinate document reviews, approvals, and client signatures.
• Support the sales pipeline by tracking opportunities and action items.
• Assist in preparing RFQs, SOWs and commercial documentation.
• Ensure approvals and coordinate internal reviews with sales and delivery teams.
• Produce weekly and monthly sales activity reports.
• Support forecasting and pipeline reporting processes.
• Prepare meeting agendas, notes, and action items.
