Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions in Sydney is seeking a hands-on Sales Support & Administration Coordinator to back our Account Management team. You’ll handle order processing through onboarding and implementation, ensuring a seamless customer journey and strong stakeholder alignment.

With experience in Sales Support, CRM tools, and SAP exposure, you’ll improve processes, resolve issues and maintain accurate records in Salesforce.

Qualifications

Experience in Sales Support, Administration, Customer Operations or Account Coordination.
Confident using Salesforce, CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
Exposure to billing, invoicing or SAP is highly regarded.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Enjoy working in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.
Experience within financial services, insurance, professional services, technology or SaaS businesses will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
Support onboarding, order processing and contract implementation.
Assist with billing, invoicing and coordination across departments.
Coordinate with Legal, Finance and Fulfilment to resolve issues.
Maintain records and workflows in Salesforce and internal systems.
Identify process improvements and drive efficiencies in the client portfolio.
Help remove roadblocks to ensure a smooth customer experience.
