LexisNexis Risk Solutions in Sydney is seeking a Sales Support & Administration Coordinator to back the Account Management team. The role covers onboarding, order processing, contract implementation and ongoing customer care to ensure a seamless experience.

You will work in a hands-on, process-driven environment with exposure to Salesforce, billing workflows and cross-functional collaboration across Legal, Finance and Fulfilment teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Support, Administration, Customer Operations or Account Coordination.
• Confident using Salesforce, CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Exposure to billing, invoicing or SAP is highly regarded.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Experience within fast-paced, process-driven environments.

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, product information and resolving issues.
• Support onboarding, order processing and contract implementation.
• Assist the sales team with billing, invoicing, order processing, legal coordination and contract implementation.
• Coordinate with Legal, Finance and Fulfilment teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate records and workflows in Salesforce and internal systems.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and drive efficiencies across the direct client portfolio.
