Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions in Sydney is seeking a Sales Support & Administration Coordinator to back our Account Management team, ensuring customers have a seamless experience from order processing through onboarding and implementation.

You will be hands-on, focused on administration, process execution and stakeholder coordination within a fast-paced, process-driven environment, collaborating with Legal, Finance and Fulfilment teams as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Support, Administration, Customer Operations or Account Coordination.
• Confident using Salesforce, CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Exposure to billing, invoicing or SAP is highly regarded.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.
• Experience within financial services, insurance, professional services, technology or SaaS businesses will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries, providing product information, and resolving issues.
• Support the sales team with onboarding, order processing and contract implementation.
• Assist the sales team to improve customer satisfaction, this will include issue resolution, billing, invoicing or SAP coordination.
• Coordinate with Legal, Finance and Fulfilment teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate records and workflows in Salesforce and internal systems.
• Help remove roadblocks and ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and drive efficiencies across the direct client portfolio.
