Job summary

Lifestyle Commercial Floorcoverings, based in Yatala QLD, seeks a highly organised Sales Support/Administration Officer to join our team. The role focuses on sales support, tender coordination, and procurement-related admin while working with Estimating and Project Management on tenders and projects.

You will handle tender registers, project documentation, supplier liaison, and invoicing tasks (Xero); experience with Xero and MS Office is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Estimating and Project Management team.
• Maintain and update tender registers, quotations and project records.
• Coordinate project documentation including new projects, variations and purchase orders.
• Assist with tender submissions, preparation and distribution of quotations, and follow-up with builders and clients.
• Liaise with suppliers, builders and subcontractors regarding orders, deliveries and project requirements.
• Manage stock ordering, purchasing and supplier follow-ups.
• Prepare and maintain project compliance documentation, including SWMS, certificates and handover manuals.
• Assist with processing supplier and subcontractor invoices in Xero.
• Maintain accurate filing systems and provide general administrative support.

Lifestyle Commercial Floorcoverings is an established commercial flooring company seeking a highly organised, motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support / Administration Officer to join our team.

This is a diverse, predominantly sales support and administration role, with some accounts payable responsibilities. You will work closely with our Estimating and Project Management team to ensure the smooth coordination of tenders, projects and daily business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Estimating and Project Management team.
• Maintain and update tender registers, quotations and project records.
• Coordinate project documentation, including new projects, variations and purchase orders.
• Assist the Estimating team with tender submissions, preparation and distribution of quotations, and follow-up correspondence with builders and clients.
• Liaise with suppliers, builders and subcontractors regarding orders, deliveries and project requirements.
• Manage stock ordering, purchasing and supplier follow-ups.
• Prepare and maintain project compliance documentation, including SWMS, certificates and handover manuals.
• Assist with processing supplier and subcontractor invoices in Xero.
• Maintain accurate filing systems and provide general administrative support.

About You

• Previous experience in sales support, office administration or a similar role.
