Job summary

Full House Recruitment seeks a motivated Showroom Sales & Admin professional in Brisbane to support the QLD team. You will answer calls, set up projects in internal systems, assist with proposals, and help maintain CRM and quoting accuracy.

You will welcome showroom visitors, manage samples distribution, and ensure the showroom remains pristine while providing sales administrative support.

Job description

Our client, a commercial furniture & interiors fit out company, with 3 showrooms across the East Coast is seeking a motivated and organised individual to join their Brisbane Showroom Sales & Admin Support Team. This role is essential in providing comprehensive administrative and operational assistance to the QLD team, ensuring the showroom is presented impeccably while supporting various sales processes.

The Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for answering and directing office phone calls professionally, setting up projects within internal systems, and assisting with the creation of proposals to support the sales team. You will welcome and assist clients visiting the showroom, maintain and update CRM and quoting systems with accuracy, and manage the distribution of chair, fabric, and laminate samples.

You will also ensure the showroom's presentation and cleanliness are upheld to high standards. Additionally, you will assist with the preparation and production of Operation & Maintenance manuals and provide administrative support for various sales tasks and projects.

Skills Required:

Successful candidates will demonstrate strong organisational and time management skills, excellent verbal and written communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems such as HubSpot is essential. A professional and friendly approach to client interactions, coupled with the ability to multitask and collaborate within a team environment, will position you for success.

We are seeking either a highly motivated, can do, Junior Administrator or an experienced Sales Administrator seeking a fresh challenge.
