Job summary

Multotec Pty in Wangara, Perth WA, is seeking a proactive Sales Administrator to join our WA team. You will coordinate orders from receipt through fulfilment, liaising with Sales, Warehouse and Service teams to keep customers informed.

This busy role requires accuracy, strong organisation, and experience with ERP systems; familiarity with JDE or SAP is highly regarded. You will build strong customer relationships and help drive smooth order processing in a mining industry environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Administration, Customer Service or Order Management.
• Experience in manufacturing/mining/industrial environments is advantageous.
• Strong communication, organisational and time management skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience with ERP systems such as JDE, SAP, Pronto or Oracle.
• Advanced MS Office skills, especially Teams, Excel and Outlook.
• Customer-focused, positive and solutions-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Process customer sales, service and project orders accurately using JDE.
• Coordinate orders from entry to fulfilment, dispatch and invoicing.
• Keep customers informed of order status, supply requirements and delivery dates.
• Monitor stock availability and coordinate supply to meet commitments.
• Raise and follow up purchase orders with suppliers.
• Work with Sales, Warehouse, Supply Chain and Service teams to move orders.
• Prepare work orders, pick slips, delivery docs and invoices.
• Identify delays and resolve issues with relevant teams.
• Maintain ERP records and support process improvements.
