Job summary

Epiroc's Perth Service Centre in Western Australia is seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and organised Service Administrator for a permanent full‑time role based at our Perth Service Centre.

You will open and close service and warranty jobs, process timesheets, support invoicing and purchase orders, and coordinate mobilisation for multiple client sites. Experience in SAP and Microsoft Office is valued, and a National Police Clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar administration role.
• Ability to multi task and react to changing objectives.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
• National Police Clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Open and close service and warranty jobs.
• Process timesheets and timesheet reconciliation.
• Support invoicing, purchase orders and E‑purchase/E‑payables system related tasks.
• Coordinate mobilisation activities for multiple client sites.
• Administration of service jobs.
