Industrial Safety in Bibra Lake, Western Australia, is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Admin to handle customer inquiries, enter orders, and manage accounts payable/receivable while maintaining office supplies and filing systems.

This full-time role offers on-site work in Western Australia, with a supportive team culture and opportunities to learn accounting software and grow with the company.

Formación

• Required: computer literacy, strong interpersonal skills, excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Desired: proficiency in Word, Excel & Outlook; experience with accounting software is a plus; mining sector experience preferred; ability to work with ADHD or Millennial managers.

Responsabilidades

• Responding to customer enquiries via email, phone, and in person.
• Processing orders and ensuring stock levels are maintained.
• Managing accounts payable/accounts receivable in the accounting software.
• Ordering office supplies such as milk, tea, and coffee.
• Organizing and maintaining filing systems.
