Job summary

KONE in Melbourne is seeking a Sales Administrator to join our New Building Solutions team. You will support the sales consultants and project delivery team, ensuring smooth sales operations, accurate reporting and excellent customer service.

You'll review contracts, prepare and process sales documents, assist with tenders, coordinate communications, and enter data into Salesforce while collaborating across departments to streamline workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales support, customer service or administration preferred.
• Ability to interpret contract requirements and obligations.
• Recent graduates with qualifications in Business, Marketing, Sales or related discipline encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the New Building Solutions Sales team.
• Review contracts to ensure alignment with customer expectations and commercial obligations.
• Prepare and process sales documents and customer contracts.
• Assist with tender submissions, proposals and reporting.
• Coordinate internal and external communications related to sales activities.
• Monitor project timelines and track sales milestones.
• Data entry and processing of sales records in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with sales, legal and operations for smooth handovers.
