Qualifikationen

• Experience managing projects at a site level is required.
• Lift industry experience is preferred.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills are essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Highly organised and adaptable to shifting priorities.
• Valid Australian driver’s license is required.

Aufgaben

• Planning and organising the delivery and storage of materials and tools on site to support successful project execution.
• Effectively communicating with customers and subcontractors throughout the installation process.
• Champion a proactive safety culture by promoting best practices and ensuring compliance with KONE's safety standards, procedures, and guidelines.
• Being an inspiring team leader who gets the best out of others and always strives to exceed customer expectations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance project performance.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers and the Delivery Operations Manager to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting, ensuring records are current, compliant, and readily accessible.
