Scentia is seeking a dynamic Sales Connect Team Leader to lead a small team in Circular Quay, Sydney. You will stay hands-on with customer conversations, qualify opportunities and coach your team to exceed targets in a fast-paced education sales environment.

You’ll be the first contact for prospective customers across AIM brands, balancing your own targets with coaching duties, and driving high performance through KPI-focused leadership.

• $80,000+ commensurate with experience + super + incentives
• Monday to Friday in Circular Quay, with no weekends
• Step into sales leadership while staying close to customers and results

We're looking for an energetic and results-driven Sales Connect Team Leader to join our team at Scentia.

This is an office-based role in Circular Quay, Sydney, where you'll lead, coach and inspire a small team while remaining actively involved in customer conversations and lead qualification.

You won't just be managing from the sidelines. You'll be on the phones alongside your team, connecting with prospective customers, identifying opportunities and helping people and businesses find the right education and training solutions.

As the first point of contact for prospective customers across our education brands, you and your team will play an important role in understanding customer needs, qualifying enquiries and connecting them with the right sales specialists.

You'll balance your own performance targets with coaching and supporting your team, creating a positive, high-performing environment where achievements are celebrated and everyone is encouraged to succeed.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead from the front: Manage and motivate a small team while actively taking inbound calls, engaging with customers and qualifying sales opportunities.
• Connect with customers: Build rapport, ask the right questions and understand what customers are looking to achieve.
• Identify opportunities: Qualify enquiries and determine whether customers are best suited to our individual (B2C) or business (B2B) sales teams.
• Create seamless experiences: Connect qualified leads with the right sales specialists, ensuring a smooth and professional handover.
• Coach for success: Provide regular feedback, guidance and support to develop your team's confidence, capability and performance.
• Drive results: Monitor individual and team KPIs, lead quality and productivity, celebrating wins and identifying opportunities to improve.
• Make things better: Work collaboratively with sales teams to continuously improve processes, customer experiences and results.
