Job summary

Scentia is seeking a dynamic Sales Connect Team Leader to lead a small team in Circular Quay, Sydney. You will stay hands-on with customer conversations, qualify opportunities and coach your team to exceed targets in a fast-paced education sales environment.

You’ll be the first contact for prospective customers across AIM brands, balancing your own targets with coaching duties, and driving high performance through KPI-focused leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience leading, coaching or mentoring others to achieve targets.
• Experience handling inbound customer enquiries, qualifying leads or managing sales opportunities.
• Ability to coach, motivate and support others to hit performance targets.
• Excellent communication skills to build rapport quickly.
• Positive, resilient, results-focused mindset with KPI discipline.
• Strong organisational skills balancing team leadership with customer work.
• Experience using CRM systems to manage customer info and track performance.

Responsibilities
