Qualifications

• Must have Agent Representative Certificate.
• Available to work Saturdays.
• Own a reliable car and hold a valid driver's licence.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate home appraisals and assist with bookings.
• Assist with open homes and private inspections.
• Handle phone and email inquiries.
• Manage leads pipeline and client follow-up.
• Assist with listing properties for sale.
• Build relationships with vendors and buyers.
• Conduct market research and identify opportunities.
• Data entry and general admin duties.
• Ensure a smooth sales campaign process from start to finish.
• Perform other ad hoc admin tasks as needed.

Your duties will include:

• Booking and assisting with home appraisals;
• Assisting with open homes and private inspections;
• Handling phone & email inquiries;

• Build relationships with existing and prospectivevendors and buyers;
• Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities;
• Data entry and other administrative duties as required;
• Ensuring a smooth sales campaign process from start to finish; and
• Any other ad hoc general administration duties.

As you develop and display increasing competence in these areas your responsibilities will evolve, resulting in you becoming a fully-fledged Agent. In time, you may well become the Agent who mentors a new-starter!

To succeed in this role you'll have:

• A current Agent Representative Certificate (MUST HAVE!!)
• Availability to work Saturday's - this is game day in real estate;
• Reliable car;
