Riverbank Real Estate is seeking a motivated Sales Assistant to the Principal to provide hands-on support across residential campaigns, buyer management, open homes and day-to-day sales operations.

Working directly with the Principal, you will help run listings, coordinate open homes and follow up buyers, while maintaining CRM records and delivering professional, friendly client service within a high-performing team.

Qualifikationen

• Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence is required to apply.
• Experience in residential sales or agency operations is advantageous.
• Eligible to work Saturdays.

Aufgaben

• Assist with Saturday open homes, private inspections and buyer enquiries.
• Follow up buyers after open homes and document feedback.
• Make buyer callback calls and maintain contact with prospective purchasers.
• Qualify buyers and identify potential sales opportunities.
• Assist with listing presentations, appraisals and property marketing prep.
• Coordinate appointments, meetings and daily schedules for the Principal.
• Manage buyer databases, update CRM and follow-up notes.
• Liaise with vendors, buyers, solicitors and conveyancers.
• Support sales administration, contracts, and campaign updates.
• Identify future listings and opportunities to generate new business.
• Provide professional, friendly Riverbank customer service.
