Job summary

Professionals Kallangur is seeking a Sales Associate / Trainee Sales Associate in Queensland to learn from the Principal and build a long-term real estate career. The role includes training, structured support, and hands-on experience across the full sales process.

You’ll engage with buyers and sellers, manage listings, and assist with open homes, contracts, and marketing. A strong focus on lead generation, organised CRM work, and reliability is expected.

Qualifications

• QLD driver’s licence required.
• QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate required.
• Saturday availability for open homes when needed.

Responsibilities

• Support property listings from start to finish.
• Talk with buyers and sellers (calls, texts and emails).
• Help with open homes and appointments.
• Keep the CRM/database updated and organised.
• Help with marketing (photos, signboards, brochures, online ads).
• Assist with contracts and admin tasks.
• Daily lead generation, including cold calling buyers and sellers.
• Prospecting calls to book appraisals.
• Door knocking and letterbox drops.

You’ll get training, structure, support, and hands‑on experience across the full sales process.

What you’ll be doing

• Supporting property listings from start to finish

• Talking with buyers and sellers (calls, texts and emails)

• Helping with open homes and appointments

• Keeping the CRM/database updated and organised

• Helping with marketing (photos, signboards, brochures, online ads)

• Assisting with contracts and admin tasks

Prospecting is a big part of this role

You’ll also be doing daily lead generation, including:

• Cold calling buyers and sellers

• Prospecting calls to book appraisals

• Door knocking

• Letterbox drops
