Job summary

Ricoh Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a Sales Account Executive to lead new business growth in SME markets, leveraging Ricoh’s Workplace Technology portfolio, including MPS, digital workflow, and collaboration solutions.

You will build a pipeline, qualify opportunities, present tailored solutions, prepare proposals, and close deals with commission-based rewards. This role emphasizes hunter activity with opportunities to expand accnt relationships and cross-sell services.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a commercial B2B sales role.
• Experience selling to Small to Medium Enterprise customers.
• Managed Print Services experience or exposure to contractual/services-based solutions.
• Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets.
• Strong prospecting and sales pipeline building skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to engage confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities within the SME market.
• Build and manage your own qualified sales pipeline through self-generated prospecting.
• Generate new revenue from both new and existing customers.
• Present tailored workplace technology solutions aligned to customer needs.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial presentations.
• Manage your territory and sales activity to maximise conversion opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal technical and delivery teams to ensure strong customer outcomes.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets while growing your earning potential.
