Job summary

RecordPoint is seeking a Technical Consultant to join the Onboarding & Delivery team, connecting a customer’s data estate to our platform and driving rapid first-value delivery. You’ll own hands-on integration work from contract to go-live and ensure the setup is scalable and well-documented.

You’ll deploy connectors, configure metadata, troubleshoot issues, and produce reusable runbooks while partnering with customers and Solutions & Architecture specialists to maximize platform value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering SaaS implementations, onboarding or information management.
• Hands-on experience deploying connectors and configuring metadata.
• Solid cloud design/deployment grounding (PaaS/SaaS) and related technologies.
• Experience migrating customers from on-premise to cloud platforms.
• Structured, quality-first delivery with accurate artifacts.
• Strong written and verbal communication to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer onboardings from kickoff to first value, planning connections and keeping delivery on track.
• Deploy and configure connectors linking customer data sources to RecordPoint using deployment playbooks.
• Manage data source integrations, authentication, and metadata configuration; produce reusable runbooks.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and escalate architectural exceptions as needed.
• Prepare evidence that customers are live and have reached first-value milestones.
• Collaborate on customer-specific configuration, data migrations, and non-standard connectors to maximize platform value.
