Job summary

RecordPoint is seeking a Technical Consultant on our Onboarding & Delivery team to connect a customer’s data estate to our platform and drive first-value results. You’ll deploy connectors, configure metadata, and ensure clean, governed data that can be analyzed and managed effectively.

You’ll work with proven playbooks, troubleshoot integrations, and create clear runbooks for future deployments. Hybrid work across Sydney and Melbourne supports outcomes over hours at a desk.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing SaaS deployments and onboarding.
• Proven ability to deploy connectors and configure metadata.
• Strong cloud design and deployment skills (PaaS/SaaS).
• Experience migrating customers from on-premise to cloud.
• Delivery artefacts must be accurate and complete.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer onboardings from kickoff to first value, coordinating with onboarding lead.
