Job summary

RecordPoint is seeking a Technical Consultant to join its Onboarding & Delivery team in Australia. You will connect a customer’s data estate to our platform, drive first-value outcomes, and own hands-on delivery from kickoff to live implementation.

The role emphasizes methodical delivery, playbook-based work, and collaboration with a skilled team to ensure successful onboarding, data integration, and ongoing configuration for customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in SaaS implementation, technical onboarding, or information management delivery.
• Hands-on experience deploying connectors, configuring metadata, or working with integration tooling.
• Solid grounding in cloud solution design and deployment (PaaS/SaaS).
• Experience migrating customers from on-premise to cloud platforms.
• Structured, quality-first delivery approach with accurate artifacts.
• Clear written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer onboardings from kickoff through to first value, planning work and keeping delivery on track.
• Deploy and configure connectors linking data sources to RecordPoint using deployment playbooks.
• Manage data source integrations, authentication, and metadata configuration; create reusable runbooks.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and escalate architectural exceptions when needed.
• Prepare evidence that customers are ready to go live and have reached first-value milestone.
• Post-go-live, partner with customers on configuration for data migrations and non-standard connectors.
