RecordPoint is a data and information lifecycle management SaaS product helping highly-regulated organizations manage data securely. The Onboarding Consultant role focuses on delivering value through structured playbooks, connectors, and inventory visibility.

You will lead day-to-day onboarding, govern charter workshops, maintain artifacts, and collaborate with customer success and product teams to ensure first value and scalable implementations across customer journeys.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in SaaS implementation or information management delivery.
• 5-7 years records management with standards and governance.
• 5+ years client-facing consulting or advisory experience.
• Hands-on with connector deployment and metadata configuration.
• Able to translate goals into configurable, scalable solutions and ROI.

Responsibilities

• Run onboarding work packages from charter through first value delivery.
• Deploy connectors and confirm inventory per playbooks.
• Produce inventory visibility outputs and milestones reports.
• Facilitate governance charter workshops with customers.
• Prepare initial governance charter document and map stakeholders.
• Support the sales handover and ensure structured delivery signals.
