RecordPoint is seeking a Technical Consultant to join the Onboarding & Delivery team. You will connect customers’ data estates to our platform, deploy connectors, and deliver first-value outcomes with a methodical, detail-driven approach.

You’ll work with an experienced team to ensure successful live deployments and ongoing data governance for regulated customers. Hybrid role across Sydney/Melbourne with a focus on delivering secure, scalable cloud data solutions.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in SaaS implementation, technical onboarding, or information management delivery.
• Hands-on experience deploying connectors, configuring metadata, or working with integration tooling.
• A solid grounding in cloud solution design and deployment (PaaS and SaaS), and comfort with databases, networking, and authentication.
• Experience migrating customers from on-premise systems to modern cloud platforms.
• A structured, quality-first approach — you work well within delivery frameworks and your artifacts are accurate and complete.
• Clear written and verbal communication with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Lead customer onboardings from kickoff through to first value — planning the work and keeping delivery on track.
• Deploy and configure connectors linking customer data sources to RecordPoint using deployment playbooks.
• Manage data source integrations, authentication, and metadata configuration; produce reusable runbooks.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and escalate architectural exceptions as needed.
• Prepare evidence showing customers are ready to go live with first-value milestone.
• Collaborate with customers post go-live on configuration, migrations, and non-standard connectors.
