RecordPoint seeks an Onboarding Consultant to deliver value through structured onboarding, governance facilitation, and tailored configuration for regulated customers. You will drive first value, manage connectors, and maintain artifact quality within playbooks and templates.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in SaaS onboarding or records management, and strong experience in governance, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional delivery.

Qualificações

• 5-7 years experience in SaaS onboarding or information management delivery.
• 5-7 years experience in records management practice including governance, retention design, and information governance.
• 5+ years in a client-facing consulting or advisory capacity.
• Hands-on experience with connector deployment, metadata configuration, or integration tooling.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and run onboarding work packages from charter to first value.
• Confirm connector inventory and deploy per deployment playbook.
• Produce inventory visibility outputs and milestone progress reports.
• Coordinate deployment blockers with customer and onboarding lead.
• Facilitate governance charter workshops and document initial governance charter.
• Support stakeholder mapping and customer sign-offs at milestones.
• Assist with Gate 1 evidence package and Gate 2 first value sign-off.
