Job summary

RecordPoint in Melbourne is seeking a Technical Consultant to lead customer onboardings from kickoff to first value, connecting a customer’s data estate to our platform and delivering fast, tangible results. You’ll own the hands-on tasks, deploy connectors, configure metadata, and ensure successful go-live with clear runbooks and best-practice delivery.

You’ll work with an experienced team to migrate customers from on-prem to cloud, refine integration playbooks, and deliver lasting governance

Qualifications

5+ years in SaaS implementation, technical onboarding, or information management delivery.
Hands-on experience deploying connectors, configuring metadata, or working with integration tooling.
A solid grounding in cloud solution design and deployment (PaaS and SaaS).

Responsibilities

Lead customer onboardings from kickoff through first value, planning connections and keeping delivery on track.
Deploy and configure connectors linking customer data sources to RecordPoint.
Manage data source integrations, authentication and metadata configuration.
Troubleshoot integration issues and route to Solutions & Architecture as needed.
Prepare evidence that customers are ready to go live and have reached first-value milestones.
Post-go-live, assist with data migrations and non-standard connectors for ongoing success.
