Achieve Australia is seeking a Roster Support Lead to guide the Roster Support team in maintaining safe, effective staffing levels across services and ensuring real-time roster management, vacancy coordination and roster changes align with funding and service needs. The role oversees real-time roster management, vacancy coordination, workforce allocation and roster change activities to support service continuity, participant outcomes and operational performance, while ensuring roster practices are compliant, responsive and cost-effective.
