Achieve Australia in North Ryde is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to lead after-hours operations as an On-Call Manager. This onsite role provides clinical and operational leadership outside standard hours to ensure safe, consistent, person-centred care.

This onsite role provides clinical and operational leadership across Achieve services outside the standard business hours through a centralised on-call function and after-hours management.
The role is responsible for real-time decision-making, clinical guidance, workforce coordination and risk management after hours to ensure safe, consistent and person-centred service delivery across the organisation.
Candidates should be able to start as per below shift requirements:
Permanent
Part-time position for Friday, Saturday and Sunday shifts with Friday 10pm and Saturday and Sunday 11pm start.
