CareChoice is seeking a motivated Rostering Coordinator to join the Coordination Team. You will coordinate frontline workforce rosters, ensure optimal coverage for clients, and build strong relationships with staff and clients in a fast-paced environment.
The role offers a 6 Month Fixed-Term Contract with an ASAP start and a hybrid work arrangement (2 days in Mulgrave Head Office/3 days working from home). Join a values-driven team focused on person-centred care and staff wellbeing.

About the role
As a Rostering Coordinator, you will play an important role in ensuring our clients receive the right support, from the right people, at the right time.
You will be responsible for coordinating our frontline workforce, managing rosters and ensuring appropriate coverage for our clients. You will also identify and allocate suitably skilled staff based on individual client requirements, while building strong relationships with both clients and team members.
