Qualifikationen

• Previous experience with rostering.
• Knowledge of Service Level Agreements and Enterprise Agreements.
• Strong MS Word and Excel skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proactive and able to prioritise tasks.
• Capable of working as part of a small team.
• Excellent time management.
• Ability to work unsupervised and follow procedures.

Aufgaben

• Determine aircraft loads and produce rosters/worksheets according to airlines SLAs.
• Process annual leave requests.
• Allocate rostering patterns and create new patterns in accordance with EBA conditions.
• Action and update all schedule changes.
• Prepare an accurately completed worksheet for the SDS to use on shift.
• Be willing to undertake training and work with new systems.
• Proactively manage staff allocation for training.
• Handle and maintain staff and business confidentiality.
• Work with dedicated budgets and provide detailed analytical reports.
• Understand EBA and labour compliance with government and statutory requirements.
• Manage stakeholders to ensure compliance and budget plans.
