Job summary

dnata Airport Services in Sydney is seeking a Rostering Analyst to join the Sydney Passenger Services Operation. You will determine aircraft loads, produce rosters, and manage leave requests while ensuring compliance with EBA and SLAs.

The role requires strong MS Word/Excel skills, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment. A small team setting and confidentiality responsibility are included.

Qualifications

• Previous rostering experience is essential.
• Strong understanding of SLAs and Enterprise Agreements (EBA).
• Proficiency with MS Word and Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and work proactively.
• Capable of working in a small team and unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Determine aircraft loads and produce rosters/worksheets per airlines' SLAs.
• Process annual leave requests and allocate rostering patterns.
• Update schedule changes and prepare worksheets for the SDS.
• Be prepared to train on new systems and support staff training.
• Manage staff allocation for training and ensure confidentiality.
• Produce detailed analytical reports within budget constraints.
• Understand EBA and labour compliance requirements.
• Engage with stakeholders to align plans with budget and commitments.
