Job summary

dnata Airport Services – Sydney Airport NSW is seeking a detail‑oriented Rostering Officer to join the Sydney Passenger Services operation. You will determine aircraft loads, produce rosters, process leave, and manage schedule changes while ensuring adherence to SLAs and EBA conditions.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Passenger Service Department, maintain confidentiality, prepare worksheets for SDS, and generate detailed analytical reports.

Qualifications

• Previous rostering experience and familiarity with rosters and schedules.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
• Ability to work proactively and prioritise tasks.
• Capable of working as part of a small team and unsupervised when required.

Responsibilities

• Determine aircraft loads and produce rosters/ worksheets according to airlines SLAs.
• Process annual leave requests and allocate rostering patterns per EBA conditions.
• Update all schedule changes and action rostering adjustments.
• Prepare worksheets for SDS usage on shift and maintain staff allocation for training.
• Maintain confidentiality and manage stakeholder communications for budget and planning.
